You should create your own account for this type of system, cause the way it works is that you are gathering money into a "cart" in which you can spend the money on servers or other services. Many payment methods are supported. Paypal, maestro, mastercard, visa, visa electron, bank transfer etc. I can help you install the server, not a problem. You should choose ubuntu 32-bit. (debian didn't work for us). There is a possibility to make the server default like its default config if something goes wrong, can change operating system without additional cost. But if you want to create a new server on a different ip that costs 1 euro if you choose the 1 euro server pack.
